Clare Langan is a San Francisco Bay Area-based freelance culinary content strategist, recipe developer and video producer. Previously, she was the Content Director at Williams Sonoma and held culinary roles at the Feedfeed, Cost Plus World Market, Sur La Table and as the Culinary Producer for A&E’s award-winning series SCRAPS. She trained at The Institute of Culinary Education. She writes the Substack On Cooking. Her first cookbook Will It Freeze? publishes in September 2027.
